Readership, downloads & sessions

One hub for Newsroom readership, desktop Distribution telemetry, and privacy-first Behavior sessions — charts, geography, heatmaps, and session replay, scoped by post, app, or site. The Analytics app is available on every plan; individual sections follow the apps they measure.

The hub

Three signals, one surface

Newsroom, Distribution, and Behavior each keep their own depth — Analytics is where you open them together.

Newsroom readership

Lifetime and date-range views, a views-over-time chart, and live updates as readers arrive. Scope the hub to the whole organization or a single post.

Geography that drills down

Country map for Newsroom and Behavior, with a click-through into states and provinces so you can see where attention actually concentrates.

Top posts leaderboard

See which announcements get read — not just published. Rank posts by views inside the range you pick.

Distribution downloads & updates

Installer downloads versus in-app update attempts, broken down by platform and channel. Org-wide or per-app, from the last 7 days through all time.

Update success rates

Track success and failure rates for desktop updates so you catch a bad channel before support tickets pile up.

Behavior sessions

Page views, sessions, average time on page, rage clicks, and visitor regions for sites you embed — marked beta in the product today.

Go deeper

From charts to the click that caused them

Heatmaps, session replay, and privacy controls sit behind the same top bar — so a spike can become a story in one hop.

Heatmaps

Click heat on real page snapshots so you can see where people engage — and where they bounce — without guessing from aggregate charts alone.

Session replay

Deep-link from the hub into session replay to watch a real visit. Useful when a rage-click spike needs a story, not just a number.

Privacy-first tracking

Typed fields are redacted on ingest. Ignore specific pages or whole URL trees per domain from Developer settings before anything sensitive lands in Analytics.

Permission-aware sections

The hub is one surface, but each section still respects its app gate — Newsroom, Distribution, and Behavior only appear when you already have access to measure them.

Scoped by post, app, or site

Flip from org-wide rollups into a single Newsroom post, Distribution app, or Behavior site without leaving the Analytics top bar.

One place in the dashboard

Stop hopping between Newsroom, Distribution, and Behavior for the same question. Open Analytics and pick the section that matches the signal.

How it works

Three steps from question to answer

Open the hub, pick the signal, then scope it to what you care about.

1

Open Analytics

From the dashboard left nav, open Analytics. Sections you can access appear as tabs — Newsroom, Distribution, and Behavior when each app gate passes.

2

Pick a section & range

Choose the signal you need and a date range. Charts, maps, and leaderboards update for that window — including live Newsroom views as they arrive.

3

Scope or deep-link

Narrow to a post, app, or site — or jump into heatmaps and session replay when Behavior needs more than a rollup.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is NodeDa Work Analytics?
NodeDa Work Analytics is a unified insights hub for Newsroom readership, desktop Distribution download and update telemetry, and privacy-first Behavior sessions. Charts, geography, leaderboards, heatmaps, and session replay live in one place, scoped by post, app, or site.
How much does NodeDa Work Analytics cost?
The Analytics hub is included on every plan. Individual sections follow the apps they measure — Newsroom readership needs Newsroom access, Distribution telemetry needs CRM/Distribution access on Pro or Enterprise, and Behavior (beta) needs Behavior enabled with the same paid CRM gate. Pro is $4.99 per user per month and Enterprise is $9.99 per user per month, each with a 7-day free trial.
What does the Newsroom section show?
Lifetime and date-range views, a views-over-time chart, a geography map that drills from country into state or province, a top-posts leaderboard, and live updates as readers arrive. You can look at the whole organization or a single post.
What does the Distribution section show?
Installer downloads, in-app update attempts, and success or failure rates broken down by platform and channel. Scope the view to the whole organization or a single app, and pick ranges from the last 7 days through all time.
What is Behavior analytics?
Behavior (beta) tracks page views, sessions, average time on page, rage clicks, and visitor regions for sites you embed. Heatmaps and session replay deep-link from the hub. Ingest is privacy-first: typed fields are redacted, and you can ignore specific pages or whole URL trees per domain from Developer settings.
Who can open Analytics?
Anyone with the Analytics app enabled for their role can open the hub. Each section still applies its own gate — for example Newsroom metrics require Newsroom plus org admin, while Distribution and Behavior require the matching apps and paid CRM access for admins or API-access members.
